看过《欲望都市》电影版之后我很感兴趣的去查了下四位主演的年龄， 在仍然由男人主导的电影世界里，这四个都已超过40岁的女人为大家奉献了一部完全以女人为主角的电影并且获得如此的成功，这本身就值得掌声。四个合作过六季《Sex and the City》电视剧的女演员，尽管现实中已经有了一些罅隙，却没能影响到电影的拍摄。说实话我看之前一点都没有期待这部电影能够出彩，却还是被这部超过两个小时的浪漫电影感动了一下子，顺便感叹一下为什么《Friends》出电影版的消息怎么就成流言了呢？

好，就此打住，我主观的内容到此为止。原本我想就这部《欲望都市》说一说我眼中的女性电影，那些真的展示女性风采的电影，但是在豆瓣转了一圈，突然意识到：这是一部由女人表演的为女人准备的电影，像我这个只看过第一季剧集的宅男想法根本不重要，所以改变主意，决定翻译一下本片的花絮。

今天在stephenhope同学的极力推荐下，在译言（http://www.yeeyan.com）注册了。早就在关注这个网站，直到今天才下定决心，落户这个中文互联网上难得的好站之一。

 虽然落户，但是还没翻译过文章，我还谈谈我眼中的译言网站吧。对于这个网站，它自己是这样介绍的：这里是中文互联网上最大的译文库，同时也是通往外语互联网精华的窗口。您还可以参与译言文库的建设，结交翻译高手，找到志同道合的朋友。这是一个年轻的网站，成立于2007年4月。现在才不过一年多，发展速度相当快。

 

 

译言的什么吸引了我呢？这个网站没有积分，不显示“谁最近来过这里”， 支持RSS，虽然有一个“等级”但是决不是需要“刷”出来的，没有广告，对Firefox支持良好。在浮躁的中文互联网，现在还有多少网站能够做到这几点的？

对于一个翻译英文文章的网站，版权是关键的。我注册前首先看的就是它对于版权是如何管理的。译言是这样说的：我们尊重原作者的版权，同时希望最大程度地给读者带来优秀内容。这两个目的可以并存。以下是我们的看法：首先我们翻译文章的原作版权大致有两 类：Creative Common（CC），和Copyrighed（有版权的）。CC，简单的说就是原作者授权其他人对他的作品做一些事情，比如阅读、转载、改动或衍生（derivative work，翻译属于这一类）。当然还有public domain的原作，就是完全没有限制。可能有些经典作品属于这类，但时效性会差些。目前还没有遇到。理论上说对于有版权的文章、和CC没有授权改动或衍生的，翻译之前需要征得原作者同意。我们翻译前一般会给原作者发个email。有时原作者会回信授权翻 译有的时候则泥牛入海，但好在被拒绝的情况还没有过。很好，这里提到了CC协议，尽管我似乎没有在译言网站本身找到CC协议的标志。注意，我的这个Blog侧边栏最下面也有CC2.5的协议，我遵从的是 Creative Commons 署名-非商业性使用-相同方式共享 2.5 中国大陆 License，当然对于译言上翻译的文章，网站也在用户协议中做了说明：所有您的原创翻译的版权归您所有。您可以自由地在自己的网站、博客上，或其它站点贴出您发表在译言上的文章。

我还注意到一个有意思的地方，就是译言的用户个人信息里，可以填写Blog的地方写的是“网志”，也就是网络日志的简称，这个Blog除了“博客”之外的另外一种翻译现在已经很少见了，连微软的MSN Space现在叫Live Space都把“网络日志”改成了“博客”。（顺便说一句，最近MSN Space我这里访问其慢无比，想去朋友那里写评论几乎不可能）不知是否有人注意过，我几乎从来没用过“博客”这个词，因为我觉得这个词翻译的很不好，黑客闪客极客都是人的称谓，那Blog翻译叫做“博客”，Blogger怎么翻译呢？"我是个博客，今天我在我的博客上写了一篇博客"……尽管我也同样不用“网志”这个词，不过为译言作为一个翻译网站和我在这点上的小小共识感到高兴。

今天看新闻，《功夫之王》成功登陆上周北美电影排行榜冠军，恭喜恭喜。作为一个非港片爱好者的我，也对《功夫之王》充满期待。估计电影拍得不错，IMDB 7.7分，烂番茄63%好评，作为商业片很不错了。

Based on the Chinese epic story 'Journey to the West', one of the four great classic novels of Chinese Literature. The novel is a fictionalized account of the legends around the Buddhist monk Tang Sanzhuang's pilgrimage to India during the Tang dynasty in order to obtain Buddhist scriptures.
